We wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you for being a wonderful

customer service oriented builder. lyle and I moved into our new home in August of 2003

and three and a half years later it's nice to know that we can pick up the phone and call

you about any minor detail and you quickly return our call and send someone to address

the problem. That truly cannot be said of many of your competitors.

You have always exceeded our expectations in all areas of the home building experience

and while no construction project is without minor issues; it is nice to know that you take

the time to service all of your customers, no matter if they are new or old, the same way

each time.

Our last minor problem occurred on a recent Sunday and I called you and left a message.

The very next day your electrical company was on the scene fixing the problem without a

question or complaint; that is true customer service and that is why lyle and I always

recommend your company to anyone looking to build a house. We are very proud to say

Harlowe Builders built our home.

We hope if you ever need a reference you will use us, as we cannot say anything negative

about our building experience with you. I had built a home once before with another very

well known contractor and let's just say he did not believe in service after the fact.

Working with you has been a very positive experience and that is rare in an industry that

has lots of negative press surrounding builders' lack of care after the sale.

If we were to ever build again, we would hire you without question. Please feel free to

            A Nightmare! That’s how most of our friends described the

Experience of building a home, There were headaches and hassles, and

it almost sounded to us like it just wouldn’t be worth it, but we had a

dream.... 

            We wanted to build a home, and we feel so blessed to have been

Referred to Frank Harlow. When we describe our experience to friends,

It’s a whole different story. From the start to finish, building with Harlow

Builders was a DREAM! 

            Not only is Frank just a great person to work with, he builds a

quality house and just about bends over backwards to help you stay

within your budget. He is honest, and follows through…we even felt he

Moving from Atlanta to Ohio this past Jan.2008 was a major move for my family. One of our greatest concerns was finding a home that fitted our needs and had quality construction. We searched practically every neighborhood in Springboro, Centerville, Beavercreek and Tipp City with no success. Just as we were ready to give up, we found our dream home in a neighborhood called Stonebridge in Troy, OH built by Harlow Builders. From the moment you walk into a home built by Harlow Builders, you notice the quality construction. The woodwork is amazing and the floor plans are great.

Not only is the construction of a Harlow Builder Home first rate but the customer service is incredible. Harlow Builders save all of the warranty manuals and important documents and develop a notebook for each family to keep. They have been available to answer any questions about the home or local information. I have never met anyone more focused on making sure that the home fits the family and able to makes any changes quickly.

My family and I are very satisfied with our new home and new friends at Harlow Builders. If we ever buy a house again, it will definitely be a Harlow Builders Home.
